Design Manager / Design Engineer / Director

Geoff is one of the founding members of GPR Consulting and is a Director of the company.  His role within the business is that of Design Manager and Design Engineer.  His responsibilities include undertaking detailed designs, ensuring high quality designs through advanced system development and managing the design team.

Geoff is a civil engineer with 25 years experience in engineering design, master planning and project management of urban development projects.

This experience includes:

·         Providing highly efficient, well thought out and accurate engineering                   designs which streamline the approval process and provide clients with             the most cost effective result.

·         Expertise in the hydraulic modeling and design of water treatment and              attenuation facilities including wetlands, raingardens, bioretention swales          and retarding basins.

·         Expertise in the conceptualization and modeling of efficient, aesthetically          pleasing and cost effective, earthworks and retaining structures on sloping        developments sites.

·         Strong understanding of the urban development process and subdivision          act.

·         Master planning of urban development projects.

·         Dealings with clients, Councils and service authorities.

·         Setting up and maintaining design processes.

·         Managing a design team of engineers, civil designers and draftspeople.
